Consultation

We aim to set up safe and collaborative consultation spaces where together with you we understand the issues that you face with your services and teams, from a psychologically informed and evidence-based perspective.

We offer consultation in health and non-health settings (such as corporate businesses and schools) where we support organisations and staff groups to understand organisational issues that they may be facing. Consultations can be valuable in enabling individuals and teams to:

  • Have a safe place to think about and share their experiences

  • Gain insight and awareness about how they are responding to challenging situations at work

  • Understand what is maintaining the problem

  • Think about how they may most helpfully respond to the challenges

  • Develop confidence in their ability to cope

  • Develop individual and systemic skills they may need cope

 

Consultations may entail one-off or regular reflective spaces offered to senior staff/team leaders, groups of staff members, or to individual staff members. We have a range of experience offering consultations to health organisations. to reflect on issues such as:
